Specifications of AS1895 Flexible Joint Couplings
Eaton AS1895 flexible joint couplings are machined with precision similar in style to the AS1895. All couplings, flanges, and seals are available in Nickel-based steel alloy (e.g. Inconel 718), with additional options for Stainless Steel A286 couplings and Nickel-based steel alloy flanges (e.g. Inconel 625). Standard Profile
Standard profile systems are compatible with tube diameters ranging from 1.5” to 7.5”. These joints are 2.037” in length and, based on size, have a maximum weight of 4.321 lbs.
Low Profile
Low profile joints are more compact than their standard counterparts. These systems can accommodate tube diameters as small as 1” and up to 7.5”. Low profile joints measure 1.398” in length and have a weight range of 0.51 to 1.961 lbs. based on size.
